About The Role
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team at Brains & Company. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening and placing top-tier candidates across our client portfolio spanning Africa and beyond.
What You Will Do
Source and attract candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and our internal database
Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidates for technical skills, experience and cultural fit
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job briefing to offer acceptance
Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
Collaborate with the team to continuously improve our recruitment processes
Meet and exceed placement targets on a monthly basis
What We Are Looking For
Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in mid- to senior-level roles
Strong understanding of the African tech and business landscape
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously without compromising on quality
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
