Source and screen candidates across multiple industries
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for clients
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Conduct structured interviews and assessments
Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs Requirements:
2+ years of recruitment experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with ATS systems
Knowledge of the African job market
